my grandpa died last night. to be honest im just glad its finally all over for him, he had been in hospital for over 3 months just waiting to die. although it makes me really sad because he just wanted to do anything he could to get better.
in his last few weeks he got his appetite back a bit, and really wanted a grilled sausage. so they brought one for his dinner that night, but had to take it away again because they couldn’t find his teeth! heartbreaking!
day two of detox
i am already craving cheese so much, but i cant eat any dairy!
when i go on holiday i will be eating cheese with every meal.

just entered my first race! well its just the glasgow uni 5k run for fun, but i think its a good place to start!
only a month and a day until the race, cant wait!
